My Philosophy
Hi, I’m Aimée, a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training in Hatha and Restorative yoga.
My approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone. For me, yoga isn’t about how the pose looks; it’s about how it feels. I see the practice as a space to reconnect with ourselves through mindful movement and the power of the breath. Breathwork lies at the heart of my classes. It’s the bridge between body and mind, and the key to finding balance both on and off the mat.
Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, my aim is to create a calm, supportive space where you can move, breathe, and simply be.
